 What is SCADA?

1. Interface between production and administration 
SCADA links administrative systems (like ERP and CRM) to the production environment by synchronizing these processes.
2. Manufacturing: execution and control

SCADA receives customer orders from an ERP system and transforms these into production orders scheduled on the applicable production lines. SCADA makes sure that the required resources (machines, personnel, materials) are available on time and it controls the production in communication with the underlying process control systems (PLC, SCADA,...).

3. Accurate information available to the right people at the right time
By filtering, analyzing and storing data in a structured way, SCADA transforms data from the production environment into usable information available to the right people at the right time. This way, corrective actions during (and not after) production are made possible. SCADA also provides a framework for tracking and tracing and KPI follow up.

After the process has been developed we produce a detailed drawing of the installations. Using 3D design and the P&IDs we ensure a proper and smooth construction. Afterwards we take care of the testing and commissioning and deliver the as built documentation to you. This is all done with the greatest of respect for specific safety and quality requirements of the market in which you are active.

Turnkey Electrical design and construction

After the process has been developed we produce a detailed e CAD of the installations. Using ePlan and others utilities at the P&IDs we ensure a proper and smooth construction. Afterwards we take care of the testing and commissioning and deliver the as built documentation to you. This is all done with the greatest of respect for specific safety and quality requirements of the market in which you are active.
